Hailing from Georgia, I learned the importance Southern hospitality from a young age. After graduating from the University of Georgia, I headed west to Denver for graduate
school. It was here that I connected with my passion: helping others. Once receiving my Masters’ degree, Linda opened an interactive cupcake decorating business, where
I hosted children’s events and helped the greater Denver metro tap into their creativity. As the COVID-19 pandemic swept the world, I longed for a business model that allowed me to spend more time with my family. Jay, our children and I moved to
Sea Pines, South Carolina in 2020. Instantly enamored with the small-town charm and rich lifestyle, we decided to explore ways we could share our love for coastal South Carolina with a greater audience.
Growing up by the shores of Connecticut, I knew early on that I wanted to settle down by the water. I carried this dream of mine in my heart as I set off to Denver, aiming to grow my tech company that I founded in high school. In 2011, I began fostering my two sons, Simon and Adrian, who taught me the importance of family and quality time. After meeting Linda in Colorado, we married and welcomed two daughters of our own, completing our blended family. In 2022, we set off to the South Carolina
coast to take over Beachside Hilton Head, fulfilling my lifelong dream of living by the ocean and operating a business that maximized my time spent with family.
